This mod introduces a brand new skill: Piano. Inspired by the fictional Knox Country Conservatory of Music, founded in Muldraugh, you can now learn to play a variety of pieces, rated from Level 0 to Level 10 in difficulty. As you hone your skills, you’ll unlock new musical scores, with over 40 pieces to discover throughout your progression and a grand total of ten at the highest level.

Beyond simply playing tunes, the Simple Playable Pianos mod offers tangible benefits to your survivor’s mental state. Engaging with the piano can help reduce boredom, unhappiness, and stress, making those long nights in your safehouse much more bearable. Players can choose to practice for increased experience gains (which also raises boredom) or perform pieces for a more rewarding, albeit less XP-focused, experience. Players will even see new animations as they play, adding a layer of immersion to the process. Be warned, however: the sweet melodies you create can attract unwanted attention from nearby zombies and other players.
