Enhance Your Project Zomboid Bases with ExtraNoise’s Flag Tiles
Bring a new level of personalization and visual flair to your Project Zomboid survivor settlements with ExtraNoise’s Flag Tiles mod. This extensive pack introduces a vast collection of decorative flags, allowing you to transform drab walls into vibrant displays of allegiance, history, or personal taste.
A Banner for Every Occasion
This mod offers an impressive array of over 500 unique flag designs, meticulously crafted to complement the existing aesthetic of Project Zomboid. Each flag is available in two distinct sizes:
- Large Flags: Spanning three tiles wide, these make a bold statement on expansive walls.
- Small Flags: A single tile in width and hanging vertically, perfect for adding detail to smaller spaces or doorways.
The collection boasts an eclectic mix, featuring:
- National and regional flags from around the globe.
- Historical banners and flags from various independence movements.
- Fictional flags inspired by popular media.
- Organization and protest flags.
- Pride flags representing diverse communities.
- Unique banners and even handmade “flags” for labeling purposes.
Craft Your Own Declaration
Beyond simply decorating, ExtraNoise’s Flag Tiles introduces a robust crafting system. No longer reliant on server administrators, players can now create these flags directly within the game. The process involves:
- Crafting a blank flag using essential resources like sheets, scissors, a needle, and thread.
- Painting the blank flag with your chosen design using a paintbrush and various paint buckets.
This crafting option adds a rewarding layer of engagement for all players, whether you’re surviving solo or building a community on a multiplayer server.
For Server Admins and Map Makers
Server administrators will find it simple to integrate these flags into their world. Spawnable items are clearly prefixed with “ENF” (ExtraNoise’s Flags), with “Small” appended for the vertical variants. Map makers also have access to the raw tiles, enabling seamless integration into custom maps and scenarios.
With a careful consideration for historical context and a commitment to avoiding overtly divisive content, this mod provides a fantastic way to add personality and context to your Project Zomboid experience.
