Power Management Overhauled

This mod elegantly integrates Power Bank support into your Rover fleet. When a Power Bank is slotted, the Rover will primarily draw power from it, leaving its internal Chemical Battery untouched. Should the Power Bank be depleted or absent, the Chemical Battery acts as a last-resort emergency power source. Once both the Power Bank and the Chemical Battery are exhausted, the Rover will cease functioning, awaiting a fresh Power Bank to bring it back to life.
