Behind the Design

The original project was a collaborative effort, commissioned to Architectural Studio No. 5 of “Chelyabinskgrazhdanproekt.” Headed by E.V. Aleksandrov, the studio, along with co-author Yuri Danilov, brought this distinguished design to life. The engineering expertise of N. Vinitskaya and N. Kononova was also crucial in its realization.
