House of Soviets of the RSFSR

Iconic Soviet Architecture for Your Republic: The House of Soviets Mod

Bring a Piece of History to Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic

Enhance your burgeoning Soviet Republic with a truly imposing and historically significant structure: the House of Soviets of the RSFSR. This meticulously crafted mod brings the iconic “White House” of Moscow to your game, offering a visually stunning and functionally valuable addition to your cityscape.

Once the seat of the Russian government, this architectural marvel now serves as a powerful Town Hall (Горком) within your republic. It’s more than just a landmark; it’s a hub capable of employing up to 400 workers, contributing significantly to your republic’s administrative and economic capabilities. The mod faithfully captures the grandeur of the original building, known for its towering presence and distinctive monumental Soviet style.

Key Features of the House of Soviets Mod

This mod has been carefully adapted for optimal gameplay and integration:

• Scaled for Gameplay: The building has been resized to approximately 75% of its real-world dimensions, ensuring it fits harmoniously within the game’s map scales without sacrificing its imposing presence.
• Collisionless Placement: Enjoy unparalleled flexibility in urban planning. This asset features no collision, allowing for easier placement and integration into densely populated areas, provided the terrain is adequately prepared.
• Customizable Flag: Personalize your administration building by displaying any flag you desire. Simply navigate to the mod’s folder and replace the default ‘flag.dds’ file with your custom texture.

Variants for Every City Layout

The mod offers two distinct versions to suit your design needs:

Realistic Version (With Ramps)

For those seeking maximum historical accuracy, this version includes the elaborate ornamental ramps characteristic of the original structure. While visually impressive, please note that due to engine limitations, vehicles cannot traverse these ramps.

Compact Version

If space is at a premium, the compact version streamlines the design by omitting the external ramps. This significantly reduces the building’s footprint, making it an ideal choice for tighter urban environments and easier integration into existing city layouts.

A Prestigious Construction Project

Reflecting its monumental scale and historical significance, the House of Soviets represents a substantial investment. Constructing this building will demand considerable resources, time, and advanced materials, including mechanics and electronics. Detailed information on the specific construction costs and material requirements can be found in the accompanying workshop screenshots.
