This collection of imposing structures draws inspiration from ambitious, unbuilt 1930s architectural concepts, designed to evoke the power and scale of socialist realism.

A Trio of Iconic Structures

This mod introduces three distinct, colossal buildings, each offering unique functionality to your growing republic:

• The Grand Residential Tower: House a significant portion of your workforce in style. This building provides accommodation for 960 workers, boasting a high-quality finish of 89%.
• The Immense Univermag: A department store of epic proportions, capable of serving up to 960 citizens simultaneously. While designed to supply an entire densely populated city, maintaining its full operational capacity will require careful planning of storage and logistics, featuring substantial internal capacities for dry goods (140 tons) and meat (50 tons).
• The Advanced Hospital: A medical facility that rivals the largest vanilla options, offering more capacity than any city might realistically need. For added utility, it includes two functional helipads.

Balancing Grandeur with Functionality

The pricing and resource requirements of these structures are carefully balanced to align with other high-quality, early-game options. Expect costs and capacities to be roughly four times that of a large early food market hall. Please note that the installation of lifts within these buildings will necessitate the use of mechanical components.

Future additions are already being considered, with possibilities for a hotel and museum complex to further enhance the Stalinist urban center aesthetic, should this initial release prove popular.
