The Workstation is your central hub for all things Augments; it’s where you’ll access the mod’s user interface for applying and removing enhancements, as well as for crafting all related items.

As you venture through the world and defeat enemies, you’ll occasionally find Shards of Power. Collecting four Shards of the same type will allow your Augment Workstation to combine them into a Crystal of Power. These Crystals function as loot bags – right-clicking one in your inventory will yield an Augment Jewel. These Jewels are the key to applying specific Augments to your weapons and accessories.
