While still under development, Tale of Eternal Fantasy already offers a substantial amount of content for players to explore.

The mod introduces a unique narrative and world, drawing inspiration from fantastical realms. Players will encounter new bosses, discover unique biomes, and wield powerful new weapons. The development team, comprised of high school students, pours their creativity into this project during their free time, promising future updates that will significantly broaden the scope of the game.

Key Features and Content

Tale of Eternal Fantasy currently boasts several exciting additions:

• Six fully playable bosses await your challenge, offering unique combat mechanics and rewarding drops.
• Five distinct, semi-complete terrain biomes are introduced, each with its own visual identity and potential for exploration: Eternal Night Bloom Realm, Blazing Peak Terrain, Nether Sea, City of Clouds, and the Heart of Eternity.
• Over 50 new weapons have been crafted to diversify your combat options.
• Two complete sets of new armor provide enhanced protection and unique set bonuses.
• Seven new accessories offer further customization and strategic depth to your character builds.

The City of Clouds, in particular, offers a unique gameplay element, not being a naturally generated biome but rather summoned near your starting area after defeating the Eye of Cthulhu.

A Mod in Progress

The developers are upfront about the ongoing nature of Tale of Eternal Fantasy. As a testament to their dedication, they have completed concept art for 38 bosses and are actively working on bringing them to life. While 13 boss designs are complete, six have been fully implemented and are ready for battle. Players are encouraged to provide feedback and report bugs to help refine the experience. The team is particularly keen on suggestions during their development cycles, especially during school holidays when progress is at its peak.

Please note that while the mod is under active development, some features may be incomplete, and bugs may be present. The developers advise against engaging with the Star Dragon at this time due to a known music bug.
