Adaptive Aiming seamlessly integrates into your gameplay, providing intelligent assistance for both stationary and moving targets. As you unleash your arsenal, the mod diligently analyzes the projectiles you fire, gathering crucial data on their speed, range, and origin height. This information is discreetly displayed, offering valuable insights without disrupting the flow of combat. The mod strives to focus solely on your weapon’s primary projectiles, intelligently filtering out extraneous effects like melee swings or split shots, though perfect accuracy in this regard is not guaranteed.

Intelligent Aim Assist Modes

When activated, Adaptive Aiming brings your cursor to life, intuitively snapping onto nearby enemies. The mod offers distinct aiming modes to suit your playstyle:

• Simple Mode: This mode provides a direct lock-on, keeping your aim steadily fixed on the selected enemy.
• Adaptive Mode: Leveraging the collected projectile data, this advanced mode calculates lead for moving targets, predicting their path and adjusting your aim accordingly. This is particularly effective against fast-moving or airborne adversaries, making bosses and flying enemies significantly easier to manage.

Customization and Control

Take full command of Adaptive Aiming through its comprehensive configuration options. Fine-tune your experience with a variety of settings:

• Assign hotkeys to effortlessly toggle auto aim modes (Off, Simple, Adaptive) and pin specific targets for prioritized aiming.
• Choose your preferred target selection method: prioritize targets in your cursor’s direction, the closest to your cursor, or the closest to your character.
• Decide whether the mod should consider targets behind cover.
• Exclude specific weapons from auto aim activation or designate certain weapons to always function in Simple Mode, regardless of your global setting.

Please note that while Adaptive Aiming aims for broad compatibility, some weapons with highly unconventional mechanics may not function perfectly. The developers are continuously working to improve accuracy and expand support. It’s also strongly recommended to avoid using this mod alongside other auto aim modifications to ensure stable operation.
