* **Mysterious Doll:** A potent combat passive that grants spectral tears, multi-shot capabilities, and substantial damage boosts. It significantly increases your chance of finding a Planetarium and rewards visits with bonus stats and the possibility of discovering two items.
* **Piece of Matter:** This item replaces Isaac’s standard tears with unique “marks” applied to enemies, boasting high damage output that scales with your build. Notably, the “Blood” mark permanently enhances your chances of encountering Devil and Angel rooms.
* **Mirror of Prophecy:** An active item with multiple levels of utility. At its base, it boosts Planetarium chance and rerolls pedestal items without altering their available pool. As it upgrades within Planetarium rooms, it gains the ability to skip low-quality rerolls and even offer side deals from Devil and Angel pools.
* **Book of Stars:** This active item unleashes a powerful blast, dealing significant damage to all enemies in the room, with bosses taking double damage. The spell’s potency is further amplified by each Planetarium pool item Isaac currently possesses.
* **Chalice of Insatiability:** A high-risk, high-reward active item that absorbs pedestal items. While the chalice is filling, you’ll face increased damage taken and a Curse of Darkness. Once filled, it returns all absorbed items with doubled numeric stats, transforming your run in unexpected ways.
