Roland’s ultimate desire is to find a home within the Nest. When the Smog Wars erupted, various factions within the World Wings sought to sway the alleyway troubleshooters to their cause, offering the allure of Nest residency. Driven by this aspiration, Roland enlisted in the Smog Wars. During the conflict, Roland formed an unlikely alliance with Salvador, and together they ventured deep into the heart of the smog, confronting its very source. The grim reality of the smog’s origin proved too much, causing Roland to retch within their mask. Post-war, Roland reintegrated into city life, continuing their work as a troubleshooter.
