Reimu, the freewheeling shrine maiden of Hakurei, finds herself in an unexpected predicament. Initially content with a peaceful, albeit sometimes greedy, life, she’s thrust into a strange new reality. Tasked by a mysterious figure to “feel Kami,” Reimu’s vision distorts, and she awakens in an unfamiliar place, facing a peculiar whale essence. What begins as a seemingly standard challenge soon unravels into a recurring, disorienting experience. As memories blur and she’s manipulated by unseen forces, Reimu’s indifference gives way to a thirst for action. She begins to embrace the raw thrill of confronting enemies without the usual constraints, discovering a potent power within. With an unerring intuition, Reimu is convinced that by accumulating the power of Hakurei, she can expose the truth behind her ordeal and continue to revel in her divine capabilities.
