Known historically by alternative names such as Crnagora and Zeta, the Montenegrins are a testament to endurance.

The Leader: Petar II Petrovic-Njegos

As Njegos, your leadership is defined by “The Mountain Wreath.” This potent trait bolsters cities with Holy Sites or Theatre Squares, accelerating the construction of secondary districts and providing significant production bonuses for their buildings. Shrines gain a valuable slot for a Great Work of Writing, while Amphitheatres can now house Relics, enhancing your cultural and religious output. Furthermore, units near these vital districts receive a boost to Combat or Religious Strength, making your cities formidable bastions.

Montenegrin Civilization Features

  • Examples of Humanity and Bravery: Completing Tier 1 buildings in specialty districts grants a substantial Faith boost and heals all your units, ensuring your forces are always ready.
