Shirakami Fubuki – Leader & Civilisation (Hololive 1st Gen)

Embrace the Spirit of the Fox with Shirakami Fubuki in Civilization VI

Prepare to welcome a unique and charming leader to the world of Sid Meier’s Civilization VI! This mod introduces Shirakami Fubuki, the beloved virtual fox idol from hololive, as the leader of her very own civilization: the Foxfolk of the Snowy Woods. Fubuki brings a playstyle focused on building connections and fostering growth through faith and culture, making her an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful and prosperous path to victory.

The Foxfolk of the Snowy Woods: A Culture of Faith

As the Foxfolk, your civilization thrives in colder climates, drawing strength and devotion from the natural world. Your unique ability, “Spirit of the Fox,” blesses Woods and Tundra tiles with an additional +1 Faith. Furthermore, your Holy Sites gain a significant boost, receiving +1 Culture for every adjacent Woods tile. This encourages strategic city placement and preservation of forested areas around your religious centers.

The “Spirit Shrine,” a unique replacement for the standard Shrine, further enhances your civilization’s spiritual and cultural output. It provides +3 Faith, +1 Culture, and +1 Great Prophet point per turn, surpassing the base Shrine’s benefits. Additionally, Woods tiles within your cities grant +1 Culture, synergizing beautifully with Fubuki’s overall focus.

Shirakami Fubuki: A Leader Built on Friendship

Shirakami Fubuki herself embodies the spirit of connection with her “Friend of All” leader ability. The first Envoy you dispatch to any city-state will count as two, allowing you to establish influential relationships much faster. This advantage is further amplified by Fubuki’s knack for diplomacy, granting you +1 Culture from each of your Envoys stationed in city-states. Her “Kindred Spirits” agenda reflects this, as she actively seeks peaceful alliances and disapproves of aggressive warmongers.

Key features of this mod include:

• A brand-new leader, Shirakami Fubuki, with unique abilities and an agenda.
• The Foxfolk of the Snowy Woods civilization, with distinct bonuses for Faith and Culture.
• The Spirit Shrine unique building, enhancing religious and cultural development.
• Custom art assets, including icons, portraits, and a thematic backdrop.
• Unique Fubuki-themed city and citizen names, voiced in Japanese.

This mod seamlessly integrates with the base game and its expansions, offering a fresh and engaging experience for players who enjoy building a civilization through diplomacy, faith, and culture. Prepare to hear the cheerful “Konkon kitsune!” and lead your people to a unique victory with Shirakami Fubuki!
