This incentivizes a well-developed empire and synergizes with his enhanced Libraries, which boast four Great Work of Writing slots and grant an impressive +4 Faith per Great Work.
His signature ability, “Four Repositories and Ten Accomplishments,” also introduces a dynamic persona system. Upon completing the Government Plaza, Qianlong gains his first persona, with subsequent personas unlockable through Gold or Faith expenditures.
