Great Pirates – Great People Expansion

Unleash the Scourge of the Seas in Civilization VI with the Great Pirates Expansion

Prepare to hoist the Jolly Roger and set sail for adventure! The “Great Pirates – Great People Expansion” mod injects a thrilling new dimension into Sid Meier’s Civilization VI, introducing a fleet of formidable pirate admirals to shake up your naval gameplay. This mod, part of the ambitious “Modder Pass III: Call of the Ocean” series, brings five unique admirals to the game, each a notorious figure from the golden age of piracy, privateering, and general maritime mayhem.

More Than Just Naval Might

Forget straightforward combat bonuses. These legendary seafarers offer an array of abilities that directly enhance the classic pirate experience. Instead of simply winning battles, their powers are tailored to reward raiding, boarding enemy vessels, pillaging coastal territories, and orchestrating daring buccaneer operations. This encourages a more dynamic and thematic approach to naval warfare, rewarding cunning and opportunistic strikes over brute force.

Key Features of the Great Pirates Expansion:

• Five Unique Pirate Admirals: Recruit legendary figures from pirate lore, each with their own distinct strengths.
• Thematic Pirate Abilities: Gain bonuses focused on raiding, boarding actions, and pillaging, bringing the pirate fantasy to life.
• Expanded Naval Gameplay: Discover new strategic opportunities and playstyles centered around maritime plunder.
• Integration with Great People: These new admirals function within the established Great People system of Civilization VI.
• Visually Enhanced Experience: Features custom icons designed to complement the “Real Great People UI” mod for a polished look.
