Leader: Illyasviel von Einzbern

Illyasviel von Einzbern commands her civilization with distinct advantages stemming from her “Shine Toward the Future” leader ability. This powerful trait enhances your empire’s scientific and industrial growth in several key ways:

* **District Synergy:** Every unique district you establish will contribute its adjacency bonus yield to your Campuses, directly boosting your science output. Furthermore, all Campuses will receive an additional +1 Science adjacency bonus.
* **Civic Advancement:** Completing each Civic in the game grants all your cities a permanent +1% Production bonus, accelerating your infrastructure and military development over time.
* **Combat Prowess:** Engaging in and winning unit battles rewards you with +1 NP (Noble Power), a crucial resource for activating Illyasviel’s unique “Dream Summon” ability.

Dream Summon: A Shifting Power

The “Dream Summon” ability introduces a dynamic layer to Illyasviel’s leadership. Starting in her initial form, players can strategically consume NP to switch between different forms, each offering unique tactical benefits. The true intrigue lies in how NP levels affect your empire at the start of each turn.

* **Scientific Surge:** If your NP is equal to or greater than the value recorded at the start of the previous turn, your current technology research is accelerated by 3%.
* **Industrial Boost:** Conversely, if your NP is equal to or less than the recorded value, all your cities gain a 5% boost to their production.
* **Consistent Growth:** If your NP remains unchanged, you are rewarded with an additional +1 NP, ensuring a steady accumulation of this vital resource.

This intricate system encourages careful management of both combat and civic progression to maximize Illyasviel’s diverse bonuses. Dive into a new era of strategic decision-making and lead your civilization to glory with Illyasviel von Einzbern!
