Once constructed, it significantly boosts cities located within four tiles. Each improved Strategic resource nearby grants +3 Production and +1 Science. The Ironworks itself provides a substantial +4 Production and +2 Science, alongside +2 Great Engineer points per turn. It must be built adjacent to an Industrial Zone district, making it a cornerstone of any manufacturing hub.

Financial Center: The Engine of Commerce

Master the art of economics by building the Financial Center. Unlocked with the Economics technology, this wonder demands a healthy trade network, requiring at least eight Trader units in your empire. The Financial Center amplifies your wealth generation by increasing Gold from International Trade Routes. For every Bank building, routes gain +1 Gold, and for every Stock Exchange, they gain +2 Gold. Furthermore, it bestows adjacent Commercial Hub districts with a massive +100% district adjacency bonus and grants +2 Great Merchant points per turn. This wonder provides +4 Gold and must be built adjacent to a Commercial Hub district.
