A new capital also starts with a valuable Builder to kickstart your development. “Fervor” rewards aggressive tactics, granting Great General points for engaging in combat, whether you’re victorious or your units are defeated. Finally, “Dominance” fuels your expansionist ambitions; initiating any war grants your capital a Builder, and if an enemy declares war on you, their capital will receive one, sowing discord in their own domain.
