Unleash Unprecedented Power with Population III

Prepare to redefine your Noita experience with Population III, a mod that introduces a truly transformative passive spell. This modification grants you the ability to interact with the very fabric of the universe, distributing precious metals and communing with otherworldly energies. Developed for experienced Noita players, Population III offers a suite of advanced mechanics designed to push the boundaries of gameplay.

Mastering the LAP1-B Spell

At the heart of Population III lies the LAP1-B, a Tier 10 passive spell with an exceptionally low spawn rate. Your best bet for acquiring this game-changing artifact is through the shops found within The Work. Be prepared, as its approximate cost hovers around 135,000 gold. Once equipped, the LAP1-B spell becomes your gateway to incredible abilities, all triggered by right-clicks.

Key Features of Population III:

  • Unlimited Teleportation: Set an unlimited number of waypoints across vast distances. Travel the world with unparalleled freedom, revisiting cherished locations or establishing strategic outposts.
  • Advanced Building System: Construct intricate structures with ease. Benefit from features like grid snapping with customizable offsets, allowing for precise and efficient building.
  • Metal Distribution: Harvest and distribute essential metals throughout the environment. This passive spell acts as your personal conduit for resource management.
  • Persistent Data: Waypoints and stored metal persist across game restarts, ensuring your progress is never lost. Building settings, however, will reset upon game exit.

Navigating Waypoints and Building

The LAP1-B spell introduces two primary modes of interaction: waypoints and building. Establishing waypoints involves initiating a “Starbath” by right-clicking upwards at sufficient altitudes (or anywhere if you possess five or more orbs). A sequence of left and right clicks then defines a unique waypoint ID. A downward click will attempt to teleport you to the designated waypoint, or create it if it doesn’t exist. Deleting waypoints is also possible through a specific sequence within the Starbath.

Entering building mode is initiated with a non-upward right-click. This mode allows for the extraction and distribution of metal. Clicking on yourself toggles environmental metal extraction, visualized by particle effects. A subsequent click away from yourself creates a building mark, and a second click can then fill the area between two points with metal, enabling both construction and excavation.

Advanced Configuration and Interactions

Population III also offers sophisticated control over building parameters. Entering a Starbath and concluding with an upward click allows for simultaneous configuration of snapping grids, extraction settings, and building mode entry. The spell’s icon provides a clear visual representation of your stored metal, and its extraction status.

An exotic interaction allows for seamless swapping between multiple wands equipped with LAP1-B, preserving your current state, building settings, and waypoint data across them. This opens up unique tactical possibilities for the truly dedicated Noita explorer.
