• The Petition Clipboard: A peculiar tool that can alter enemy aggro. When wielded, enemies may ignore the Postal Dude unless he directly provokes them, offering a temporary reprieve from constant threats.
• Health Pipe: This consumable item provides a significant boost to the Postal Dude’s maximum health, pushing it to 200. However, this comes at the cost of accelerated sanity drain. Upon its effects wearing off, his maximum health will revert, and he’ll suffer a notable health penalty, requiring careful management.
