Inspire and Energize: Amplifying Damage

The character boasts two powerful global effects: Inspire and Energize. Inspire, capped at 100 stacks, increases the final damage of Hotarugusa’s next instance of damage by a flat amount per stack. Energize, on the other hand, amplifies her next attack by a percentage, stacking up to 200 times. Both effects are consumed upon dealing damage, making Hotarugusa a dynamic force that rewards calculated aggression.
