Negative Infusion and Dark Hearts

Defeating these abominations allows the Mage-Sisters to harvest the Dark Hearts, which can then be purified at the Void Altar to create potent temporary buffs, such as the Heart of Wrath for increased attack or the Heart of Greed to double enemy loot drops. Be warned, Dark Hearts can also mutate creatures!
