Key Features for Seamless Gifting

The ShareWithYourBro mod introduces a streamlined gifting system accessible directly within the co-op shop. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:

• Intuitive Gift Button: A dedicated “Gift” button appears on owned items within the co-op shop’s item panel. In two-player co-op, a single button suffices, while three and four-player games will display individual “Gift” buttons for each teammate, ensuring clear targeting.
• Instantaneous Transfer: Upon gifting, the item is instantly removed from your inventory and its effects are negated. Simultaneously, your chosen teammate receives the item, gaining its benefits immediately. Both player stat panels refresh in real-time to reflect the transfer.
• Item Limit Awareness: The mod intelligently disables the “Gift” button for a teammate if they have already reached their item limit, preventing any wasted attempts or potential game logic errors.
• Smart Item Restrictions: To maintain game balance and prevent unforeseen consequences, certain items cannot be gifted. This includes characters, weapons, consumables, upgrades, the Hourglass, and items with one-shot wave-triggering effects like Strange Ghost, Decoy, Peacock, Celery Tea, and Fish Bait.
• Universal Navigation: The gifting interface fully supports navigation via both keyboard and gamepad, ensuring a smooth experience for all playstyles.

Co-op Focus and Compatibility

The ShareWithYourBro mod is exclusively designed for Brotato’s co-op modes. It seamlessly supports two, three, and four-player sessions, allowing for dynamic item distribution amongst your squad. Please note that this mod is not compatible with single-player gameplay, and the gifting options will not appear in that mode.
