• Piggy Bank Rebalance: The Piggy Bank item, often deemed situational at best, receives a much-needed boost. To keep it viable without causing infinite gold explosions, its interest rate is adjusted to a balanced 4% during endless waves.
• Capped Enemy Speed: Enemy speed scaling is now capped at Wave 20. While they will still pack a punch, this change allows for more strategic play, enabling you to effectively dodge, kite, and outmaneuver your opponents in the later stages of the game.
• Curse Rebalance: For those who embrace the challenge of Curse (especially with the Abyssal Terrors DLC), the exponential scaling of enemy health and damage is significantly toned down. The curse penalty multipliers are heavily reduced during endless waves, with health penalty impact lessened by approximately 66% and damage penalty impact by 50%. Cursed enemies will still possess their inherent toughness, but their progression won’t lead to insurmountable bullet sponges.
