Developed to closely mirror a common design found in Moscow and its surrounding regions, these panel buildings offer a realistic and varied housing solution for your growing populace.

Introducing the P-46M Series

The P-46M series is a refinement of the earlier P-46 design, incorporating enhancements such as improved thermal and acoustic insulation, and the addition of both freight and passenger elevators. This mod focuses on the more compact, yet still substantial, 5, 7, and 9-story variants, providing options for different population densities and urban layouts. Each building type comes in both linear and corner configurations, allowing for more diverse streetscapes and efficient use of space.

Key Features and Pack Composition

This mod introduces several building configurations, each designed to cater to specific needs within your republic:

  • Series P-46M (5-story): Available in configurations with one or two entrances, offering housing for 25 or 50 residents respectively, all with a housing quality of 86. Corner sections (5-1U) provide accommodation for 20 residents.
  • Series P-46M (7-story): Similar to the 5-story versions, these offer capacity for 35 (7-1), 70 (7-2), or 28 (7-1U) residents, maintaining the high housing quality of 86.
  • Series P-46M (9-story): The tallest variants in this pack provide housing for 45 (9-1), 90 (9-2), or 36 (9-1U) residents, ensuring ample space for a larger segment of your workforce.

Development and Future Plans

The creator is actively working on this mod, with plans for future updates that may include higher-rise versions of the P-46M series and a variety of color skins to further customize your settlements. While acknowledging a current minor issue with night lighting, efforts are underway to resolve this.
