A Vast and Growing World
The LightAndDarkness mod has already introduced a staggering amount of content, promising hours of exploration and combat. Players can expect to encounter:
- Over 790 distinct items to discover and utilize.
- A massive roster of over 130 NPCs, including more than 10 unique town villagers, 9 challenging bosses, and 2 formidable mini-bosses.
- A completely new terrain to traverse and conquer.
- An evolving weapon talent system, offering a new layer of strategic depth to combat (currently under development).
Recent Enhancements
The latest updates bring exciting additions for players. A new Javelin weapon type has been introduced, offering a different approach to ranged melee combat. Furthermore, talents have been implemented for 48 of the original game’s weapons, significantly expanding their capabilities. The mod also now includes supplementary enemy monster banners, adding another layer of collection and achievement.
Community and Support
While the mod currently offers complete support for Simplified Chinese, English localization is still in progress. The developers are actively seeking feedback and bug reports, encouraging players to join their Discord or QQ group to assist in development and discussions. Players should note that the mod is not yet optimized for multiplayer.
